Hello dear investors,

I am looking for some advice on a strange matter. Recently i bought a fix and flip deal and after closing i found that there is a car left in the garage. VA license plate but no keys or papers inside. Seller has no knowledge of the car since he was renting out this property to multiple tenants within last few years. When i saw the house first the garage was locked and key was missing. Home owner lives 140 miles away from the property and he never been in this house within last 2 years. Somebody was managing the property and tenants for him.

Now i am not sure what to do with the car!

Any advise from any fellow investor?

Best!

Sharif
