How accurate is City-Data.com?

For those of you that use city-data.com to to get a snapshot of a market, how accurate have you found the information to be?

 It's good general data, but keep in mind it is not frequently updated. You need to look at the date they list the data for and consider accordingly. Trulia does a reasonably good job too.
