Hello. I’m working for newly formed company that is interested in real estate investing. We have our team together and the money we need. My responsibility is to find good off market properties. Where is a good place to start?

The water & ironbound are NOT the only good neighborhoods in Newark. There's Forest Hill, Upper Roseville, Ivy Hill, Downtown, Southern part of Weequahic (closer to Hillside ) & others.
