Finding motivated sellers for wholesale deals
i don't know if this is a dumb question or what (just recently found out about real estate wholesaling) but to find motivated sellers, cant you just look up foreclosure deals online and find them at discounted prices and then contact the owner/agent about pricing? it seems like this is an easy way to find motivated sellers, unless i am missing something here. Thanks
