I have a 4 plex in Lorain for sale. gross rent is 23,000 per year. For sale for 98,900. 3 units are 2bed 1 bath and 1 unit is a 3 bedroom 1bath. 3 units are fully renovated also. 1 unit is not renovated but in good condition. Let me know if you are interested.
