How much do you need to start?
I’ve read a few books and watched many videos on real estate investing. Now I’m obsessed with the idea of cash flow. One of my questions is how much money do you need in cash reserves?

When I started, I worked full time doing accounting work. Bought a distressed house for $2,900.00. Fixed it up myself and got it rented. Never had much reserves, just a job and a credit card.
