Strange and sad coincidence

So I own a small triplex that has another triplex and a fourplex on either side. I’ve been talking with each of the two owners off and on for the last couple months about buying their buildings, but nothing has been solidified yet. I found out this week that both men passed away over the weekend, one on Friday and the other on Saturday! (One had been sick for a while and the other had a sudden heart attack) I guess the lesson is to have your affairs in order for your families, because you never know when you time is up.
