Real Estate Feedback

Hello everyone!

I'm going to be going into the construction industry as a builder/developer in the near future. I wanted to get your input/involvement as to what you would like to see in newer construction (such as SFR, Multi, Commercial, Etc..), what problems do you see in how these projects are built, what don't you like about owning/using/buying/living in these structures, and any other gripes you may have about the industry? Also, what do you like and would like to see stick around in newer construction?

I felt this question is relevant to this forum category since this is about what the consumer wants when it comes to buying real estate.

Thank you.
