Newbie selling out of state rental
Hey BP community. My wife and I purchased a home in FL (loan) then ended up moving about a year later to WA. We have recently decided to sell the home at the end of the one year lease, then find a duplex locally. It's a great home with good equity not including some minor touch ups i want to do before selling (floors, tub). I'm completely new to real estate so I really want advice on my options, tips, or anything else that'll help.
PS also looking for any real estate related job opportunity to gain experience in this field.
