Florida contracts needed

Where Can I find the different documents or contracts valid in Florida to start to invest in real estate such as Purchase Agreement, Assignment Form, Lease with Option to Purchase, Deed Transfer to do Subject to investing. Do I need to look for an real estate attorney to write down these documents? I live in the Orlando area. I would really appreciate if anybody give me some advices. Active looking for properties to wholesale and buy and hold.
