Found a nice house on Henry st in Kingston NY for 40k , but reviews about that street are bad . Gang activity and high crime.
However, everything else I read about the nearby streets claim The area is improving. A few miles away are good areas which are in demand . Current rent is 900 a month .
If Anyone is familiar with that area or if you've been in a similar dilemma , would love to hear your view -- thanks!
Sold many on Henry St. Call the local detectives/police to get details on crime, etc. Lots of big changes happening all over town...best to know your MAO, repairs, rent timeliness, targets in order to determine your best course of action to take.
