Hard out here for a newbie
Hey guys! Hope you guys are having a wonderful Tuesday! Ive been listening to a few different pod cast and webinars and i find one common denominator. They all want you to buy their "proven system". What happened to the people that want to help a newbie break through out the kindness of their heart? I would love to connect with some more seasoned investors to learn the ropes, even go 50/50 on a few deals. Its hard out here for a newbie!
