Interest in Chattanooga and Birmingham

Hi everyone!  I am a newbie to BP and real estate investing.  My husband and I live in Nashville currently, but are very interested in purchasing our first investment property in either Chattanooga or Birmingham. We are looking for a single or small multifamily buy hold that will cash flow well. We have cash saved up already, so we are good on the financing front. What we need is a contact, realtor/broker/"boots on the ground", etc., who can assist us in locating desirable properties to meet our goals.
