Starting With No Capital As A Wholesaler...

I'm a newbie in the real estate world and I'm just a student right now learning all that I can through all the resources which are provided on biggerpockets. I'm starting as a wholesaler to learn more of the real estate world as I build my capital to officially become an investor in mostly rental properties. I have not met any investors yet with whom I can connect with to sell those properties which I'll be finding. I know biggerpockets is a great community within the real estate world when it comes to receiving free insights and teachings. So I'm here to socialize with like minded people and connect with newbies like myself who are experienced or inexperienced, investors and those who are willing to give insights to a newbie starting as a wholesaler in real estate. I have been learning a lot from biggerpockets and my first action is posting on this forum. I'm starting in my property searches by starting around my neighborhood. Any advice from you guys would be good. Soon to be Investor!
