Contractor Help- Austin/Killeen

What's Up BP, good morning to everybody. I am looking for a contractor to come see a multi family 4-plex in Killeen Tx. Does anybody have any recommendations ? This would be my first time using a contractor and I'm not familiar with the process and what I should "watch out for" I'll take all the help I can get, Sincerely, Federico Portalupi New Investor
