Anyone in the Chattanooga area invest in Etowah?
I've been looking at prices in Etowah and it seems like a really inexpensive market. I'm debating if it would be a good place to start. It seems like starting in an inexpensive market would be a good way to start without having to come up with as much cash. :)
Any more experienced investors want to chime in? I appreciate any advice on this!
