Los Angeles Flippers, are you having trouble finding properties?

I know the market is really hot and we've been hearing from flippers that they can't find any properties. Are you guys having that problem? I am curious to hear what the experience of others is like right now in the Los Angeles and Southern California markets.

San Diego's inventory for potential flips is definitely far from what it was a few years back, however, deals can certainly still be found.

Not too sure about LA, but I'd imagine it is fairly similar

It is fairly tight there in LA. But there are definitely opportunities. What areas or price ranges do you operate? You should try finding a niche. If you have the resources, i.e. Cash, you can find deals in the Hills. These are high end luxury homes. If you'd like less expensive opportunities check out the areas centered around to 105 and the 110.  There's some deals in the lower end neighborhoods over there that some investors wont invest in. i feel a lot of inventory starting to make its way to the market so could be a consolidation period .  as more people retire i think you will still get homes that need rehab come on the market and trade... if you direct market (which i dont), i would try to look for those really bad shape homes with elders and see if they want to downsize.
