Flipping In South Carolina

Hey Guys! Hope everyone had a great 4th. My question is how is the flipping market down in South Carolina? My brother and I are thinking about getting out of the inflated Vegas market and start investing in S.C anyone have any advice on good areas to start looking. Greenville, SC was just named one of the 10 fastest growing cities.  Spartanburg is also nearby with 7 colleges in 1 town.
