Out of State LLC Purchase
Good afternoon fellow BP'ers! I have a quick question regarding an upcoming purchase. Our LLC is based in MD, however the next property we are purchasing is a duplex in OH. Are we able to use our MD-based LLC for this transaction, or do we have to open an LLC based out of OH? Thanks in advance, you guys rock!
