Can anyone still get a 20% down loan on a 1-4 unit multifamily?
Hello,
I am an investor in the Oklahoma City area. Does anyone know of any lenders that still do 20% down payments on mulifamily 1-4 unit rental properties? So far, everyone that I have talked to is asking for 25% down. It's only 5% difference but when your looking at properties between 500k-1million, that little 5% sure makes a big difference.
Respectfully,
