Mortgage: Baltimore city versus Baltimore county

I'm analyzing properties in Baltimore city lately. When using "MRIS close it" app, the monthly mortgage payment is almost $100 more and cash to close is higher when using Baltimore City as compared to Baltimore county. May I ask whether property taxes or other fees is higher in the city than the county?

Thank you.

It's the property taxes. BaltCo taxes are $1.10 per $100 assessed rate. Balt City is $2.248.
