Hey guys, quick question here. What are your thoughts on townhomes? Anyone invest in them and househack it? Or would a SFH or duplex be the way to go?

@Joe B. I have made money in SFH, condos, town homes and multi units. As long as the numbers work then go ahead and do the deal. One thing about town homes is the cost to maintain is usually low but you have those pesky HOA fees which can really be tough on holding costs when its sitting vacant. I dont think there is a difference between SFH and town home. just finding one that can make money is the hard part. Look for one that needs work. The uglier the better.
