I am 60 years old, semi retired man, living in DFW, have  some savings to invest and want to flip a house, I don't have enough money to pay cash for a house in a good area and wondered if I can get a loan if I don't have a job, equity or assets, any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Live in Grapevine currently and been following BP for some time but have seen no info on this matter.
