Rental Property Calculators On The Web

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to real estate investing and I wanted to poll the audience on what(if any) tools they use to analyze real estate deals.  I see that Bigger Pockets has a rental property calculator, but you have to be a "PRO" in order to use it which costs money.  Being that I'm new, I don't really want to spend money like I am a pro.  I'd like to hear what you like and don't like about some of the investing tools out there.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to find a good (free) real estate calculator. I've Googled it and this seems like to me to be the best free one.   But I'd like to hear peoples thoughts on this one.  It doesn't have all the calculations I'm looking for but it does give me a good start.

Are there better calculators out there that aren't showing up on Google's search results?  Thanks!
