USDA/FHA loans for raw land acquisition
Can a USDA or FHA loan be used to purchase land that I intend to build a house on?
If not is purchasing the land though a conventional loan and then getting a construction loan the only way to go about putting a house upon raw land the only way to go?
This land has power, roads, sewage, etc. Just needs a house to be buildt.
