Im completely new to the sw fl market so im a little lost at what to look for to limit my risk investing out here. I would like to see how wholesaling goes first then move up to rehabbing or buy and hold multifamily only tho. Im originally from ny and have done some deals up there but haven't done any deals here in fl since I moved here a little over a year ago. I been meaning to get back in the game but work has taken up a lot of my time, but recently I started listening to the podcasts again and reigniting that fire for real estate I had in ny. so i guess im looking for someone to point me in the right direction as a newbie. I know a lot already but im by far not a financing specialist nore am I a expert on the different markets here. so much farm land and good and bad neighborhoods.
