Atlanta Area 203K loan certified contractors

Hi Everyone,

I am looking at putting in an offer on a personal residence that will need some significant work. We are planning to use the FHA 203k loan to roll the renovations into the mortgage. I will need to begin contacting contractors for quotes soon if the offer is accepted. Does anyone have any general contractors that are certified to work with a 203k loan that they would recommend? This will pretty much be a total gut job. Also any warnings or words of advice on using the 203k loan would be appreciated as well!

Thanks!
