About a month ago i completely paid off my mortgage. I was told it will take 3-6 months to get my deed/title b/c it goes to a third party who sends to the county for recording who sends back to the third party and then to me. I have decided to sell my condo within the next few weeks. So my question is can i sell the condo without the deed/title in hand?
