Mineral Rights on Properties in Texas

Seller's Disclosure says "Are there mineral rights?" and answers YES and then asks "Who owns them?" to which the answer is SELLER.

Does this indicate they would transfer to the buyer?  Or what am I supposed to conclude with this info on the SD.
