Seasoning requirement on 203k FHA financing?

I have a client who is buying a property and wants to immediately re-sell it to an owner-occupant who is getting a 203k FHA loan. Is there a required amount of time that the investor buyer must own the property before his exit buyer can use a 203k FHA loan or the purchase? I believe if it is straight FHA then he must own it 90 days, but I'm not sure if the same requirements exist for the 203k FHA loan program. Thanks in Advance.
