Property management and contractor in Akron, Ohio

Hello hope you are all doing well, after much research I am going to be flying out to Ohio next weekend to look at rental properties. I live in Southern California and am new to investing in RE. After speaking to other investors I realize that having a reliable Property management and contractor is essential for success. Would anyone have any recommendations on any PM and contractors in the Ohio area Or any tips on how to vet them? Thank you for any help!
