So, I purchased another house for the amount of 115,500 and still owe 90,000. I tried for a duplex but it fell through. I remodel the property inside and out (probably put more into this house than I should have, but I was thinking of my portfolio build up) with the help of some contractors, handymen and myself. Just finishing up some last minute things, but still about a month out or so out because of the rain etc. I will get it appraised when everything is done. I'm assuming the appraisal estimated value will be around 229,000.00 which is not bad at all. With that said, most of my money is tide up in this property and I want to keep going or get started on the next. Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated?
