Foreclosure Scenario please advise
Greetings!
Can someone help me with the scenario below. Please advise if this is realistic with distressed homeowners.
> Example: Homeowner is going into foreclosure and unable to work with lender or bring loan current.
> Investor negotiates to bring loan current and give homeowner cash for keys and take over payments.
> Homeowner agrees and also signs over rights to deed to investor
