Small Multifamily Turnkey Provider Recommendations
Hi BP,
I was just wondering if any of you guys had any recommendations for a reputable turnkey provider for small multifamily deals. Many of the (BP recommended; reputable) providers I have been in contact with seem to only do SFRs. I don't have a strong preference in terms of market, although I'd like to stay out of Ohio due to the random property tax laws (Shaker Heights in Cleveland will hit you at 4.24%!).
Have you done any small multifamily with a turnkey provider? I'd love to hear your experiences!
