Questions to ask before getting the property under contract
Hi everyone! I am brand new to RE investing. I have been searching for a comprehensive list (#1, #2, #3, #4, etc.) of questions to ask real estate agents (or sellers) regarding multi-family apartments (<5 units to start) during the inquiry stage before the property is under contract.
Picture it. I find a property online. I contact the real estate agent. He responds with property information via the MLS and asks if there are specific questions. I tell him what type of property I am seeking and the budget. Now, what are some questions I should be asking at this inquiry stage of each property? (For example, I know "What is the rent roll?" is a question I'll ask at some point, but is that before or after the property is under contract?) I see on BP there are some seller question sheets, but those questions seemed to be related to the physical property which is helpful, but I am looking for less obvious questions.
Thanks, in advance!

@LaWanda Hodges - I posted a 4-part series of blog posts about acquiring a property a little while ago. Here's a link to the first one: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/6815/45137-my-...
Hope it helps!
