Wholesaling as a Real Estate Agent

Hi Everyone! I'm new to wholesaling. I've had my license for a while but I am just starting to use that too.  I have several questions that I need my fellow investors (especially those who are real estate agents to answer).. Like

1) is it okay to use the CRM provided by my brokerage for my wholesaling deals, or should I find a separate one? If I should use a separate one, is there a cost effective  (free/almost free ) program :)?

2) As a Real Estate Agent, what has your experiences been when contact a listing agent with a wholesale deal?

Thank you for the advice!!
