Hello,Im a beginner on beginning in real estate investment.Actually I'm before beginning,that said,do any of you folks know of any websites that have a city's real estate market trends map,plus demographics,everything needed to locate a good part of a city to invest in?A map that has appreciation,rental rates,crime,etc.?

City-data is a great website. It gives maps, demographics, employment stats, colleges in the area, hospitals, employers, crime rates as compared to state and national averages. It is filled with a lot of information, usually too much. Give it a try.
