Hello,Im a beginner on beginning in real estate investment.Actually I'm before beginning,that said,do any of you folks know of any websites that have a city's real estate market trends map,plus demographics,everything needed to locate a good part of a city to invest in?A map that has appreciation,rental rates,crime,etc.?
