Financing for Multifamily Homes
Hi all,
I'm new here but have been reading extensively and reaching out to my local network for help. I'd like to know how does one go about financing a multifamily home that does not make enough income, but the tenants of the prospect home are still in lease...how do you allow your lender to view a percentage of that as possible income, if possible?
Thanks,
Jonathan
