Insurance for a single-member LLC

Hi all,

I have a 2 multi-families, a 2 and a 3 unit, both in my name. I've gotten a couple insurance quotes for when I transfer them into an LLC, which I'd like to do as an extra layer of protection for myself. However, I keep getting crazy-high quotes. Perhaps I just haven't found an investor savvy insurance agent? Any agents in the Greater Cincinnati area care to help with advice and/or a quote? My two properties are in Northern KY.
