Its starting to feel real and it hasn't even started yet!!
So Ive been following BP for awhile now and listening to the podcast and the occasional webinar. I have not purchased a property and have not even gotten a lender yet, but just applying for it and hearing how much you would get approved for. Its further than I have ever been in the real estate world, I can only imagine actually purchasing a home and having that monthly income coming in what that feeling will be like. Point of this post was just to share how excited I am and thankful I am for the BP community even getting me to this point. I would have never even gotten this far without hearing about everyones success stories! Looking forward to the upcoming months to hopefully have my first house hack under my belt!!
