Rental SFR into Assisted Living
Hey everyone,
I am looking at converting the home I live in now into assisted living here in Southern California. My Girlfriend is a registered nurse and could be the nurse on call and would probably have to get certain license to be able to run such an operation. I am wondering if anyone out there has any experience in this space. Any suggestions would help as we are just beginning to think of this option. It is a 4 bedroom 2bathroom zoned as SFR right now. I am aware that we also will have to get it up to code for such an operation. Any thoughts?
Thanks for the help ahead of time!
