Little or no money investing

Hello, I would like to know if anyone has experience in little or no money real etate investing. How did or how can you obtain the funds from other sources and how do you acquire your first rental property? What are some tips and things to do to get started with little or no money investing? There're plenty of articles about low/no money investing. But the truth is, you need some reserves and you need to be creative. Definitely get educated first if you are not doing it yet.
