Hello,
I have been in the Real Estate business about 15 years. Iam now looking to form a team of highly motivated individuals that are looking to make money in Real Estate.
Ideal candidate would be individuals or RE agents who have access to potential deal, i.e foreclosures, distress properties on the market, single family conversion in to multi fam and so on.
Commercial development opportunities.
Individual who are currently successfully buying/selling / flipping, who are looking to go the next step.
Developers or anyone with a small rehab crew in New York city 5 boro's and Long Island.
I have access to most/all needed resources, i.e. capital, rehab crew, cost efficient ground-up developer and so on.
