Condominiums/Town Homes
I'm new to investing and wanted to see if condo's or town houses would be the best place to get my feet wet. I'm looking to buy and hold and looking for cash flow. I know these type of properties don't appreciate like a single family or multi family. I just like the idea that I only have to maintain the inside and not the outside. I'm looking in Northern California close to where I live. Since I'm new to being a landlord are these type of rentals harder to manage vs a multi unit property? I would like to here the good and bad of this type of ownership. I appreciate the help!
