I am trying to define what I am looking for, my avatar for a buy and hold investment in Rio Rancho, NM. I am hoping some others from the area would chime in and discuss a bit on what kind of returns they have been reasonably searching for in SFR holds in the Rio Rancho area. Does your avatar have a 10% return on investment? 15%? 20? What in your experience is reasonable for our area?
