What are the best ways to do a FSBO. I have an ad in the local Grizzly newspaper. Holding open house on Sunday, Sept 25, 11-3. 41692 Park Avenue, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 Great view of the slopes. 5 Bd 3 full baths, new plank flooring and carpet throughout. All new fixtures and granite counter tops. What else can I do to get the word out. I've had a few issues with Realtors. I have my license, and have decided to let someone else do the work. Well, that didn't work. So, here I am. Do I hang my license again so I can join the Big Bear mls? Big Bear is a private MLS. They don't share information with anyone. Do I try another agent or two. I have four homes. Also, if the management person can contact me, it would be great.
