This is a common request by new investor/operators.
All Realtors there are investor friendly, the issue is probably that the operator lacks knowledge to work with the other professionals. Learn how to be a Realtor friendly investor!
The source of the problem is operators/investors who try to follow guru methods, often they are unethical or illegal, so you're asking these other professionals to bend their ethics or legal issues to pull of some lame strategy learned on the internet, wrong way to learn.
Other professionals who are good at what they do have reputations as well, just as you will have from your dealings. Protect the reputation and you'll protect your business, pretty simple in reality.
Learn real estate before dealing in real estate, then you can apply different tactics that are acceptable in your market, there is really no limitation as to being creative, so long as it is ethical and legal. Good luck :)
