Wholesaling
As I am beginning in REI, I keep seeing that starting in Wholesaling is a good way to go. I know that it is difficult, but a good way to do deals without a lot of money. What are the first steps in wholesaling? I know marketing is up there but do I need to find buyer's first? What is the best way to build a buyer's list? I'm in Utah, anybody local have experience? I'm also open to hearing what people have done all over the country too. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
