old expireds vs new expireds/fsbo
in this market im trying to figure out the best way to get more listings.... i am 8months into the business and dont mind at all picking up the phone and prospecting for buyers......
i used vulcan7 to call fsbo and expireds every morning. the problem is that there is sooo much competition.
what do you think of the old expired list from say 2010? think i would have a better success rate?
