Buying in old Town chicago
Hi, we're looking at a property to purchase in old Town specifically by the Franklin elementary school. Great area in general, however, it's also right there by the Marshall fields apartments, one of the largest affordable housing project. We have little ones. Is safety an issue in this immediate area? Looking for your two cents. Thank you!
